Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 June 2026

These Terms govern your use of the ThinkChat platform (the "Service"), operated by Thinkster Creativity Nexus LLP ("ThinkChat", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ThinkChat is a WhatsApp Business messaging platform that lets businesses connect their WhatsApp Business Account and manage conversations, message templates, broadcasts, and automations through the official WhatsApp Business Platform.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited content, or in any way that violates Meta's policies. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or those policies.

4. Fees

Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). WhatsApp message charges set by Meta are passed through in addition to subscription fees. Fees are described at sign-up.

5. Data

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business and customer data; you grant us permission to process it to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. WhatsApp message delivery depends on Meta's platform and is not guaranteed by us.

7. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: info@thinkchat.in.
