This Privacy Policy explains how Thinkster Creativity Nexus LLP ("ThinkChat", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the ThinkChat platform (the "Service"). ThinkChat is a WhatsApp Business messaging platform that helps businesses communicate with their own customers over WhatsApp using the official WhatsApp Business Platform.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, business name, and phone number you provide when registering.
• WhatsApp Business data — with your permission, your WhatsApp Business Account details, phone number IDs, message templates, contacts, and message content and delivery status, accessed via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
• Usage data — log data, device information, and analytics about how you use the Service.

2. How we use information

We use this information solely to operate the Service you sign up for: sending and receiving WhatsApp messages on your behalf, managing your templates and contacts, powering your shared inbox and automations, billing, support, and improving the platform. We do not sell your data.

3. Data sharing

We share data only with: (a) Meta Platforms, as required to deliver messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform; (b) infrastructure and payment providers that help us run the Service, under appropriate confidentiality terms; and (c) authorities where required by law. We process customer data strictly to provide the Service and in line with the Meta Business Tool Terms and WhatsApp Business Platform policies.

4. Data retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and delete or anonymise it when no longer required, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption of access credentials and access controls, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account from ThinkChat at any time. To make a request, contact us at the email below.
